PTARMIGAN, my 30' Willard Vega Nomad.
She has a Yanmar 4JH4SE 45 hp engine that uses about 1 gph diesel at 5-6 knots. The engine was installed by a yard in Canada, 2008. The hour meter shows 375 hours.
While I have owned her she has undergone an extensive refit. I am a professional boatwright/woodworker, upgrading PTARMIGAN is what I have done as my side job.
PTARMIGAN is currently in Tacoma. Her slip is transferable.

New and upgraded items include:
Stainless steel prop shaft
3 blade prop
Marine grade wiring throughout the entire boat
All wiring labeled, with heat shrink connections
Blue Sea Systems breaker panel
Solid hickory sole in main cabin
Solid teak wainscoting in main cabin
Teak book case and breaker panel enclosure
Solid hickory table, with a drop leaf, in main cabin that seats four
New cabin skylite
Dickinson 2 burner propane stove
110 VAC Isotherm refrigeration
Solid surface counter top in galley
Entire head has been reconfigured in the last six months
All solid teak interior parts have multiple coats of varnish
Icom VHS radio
Four batteries, 2 house, 2 engine

When I bought the boat, she had (still has):
Teleflex hydraulic steering at both helm stations
Lowrance chartplotter
Navico autopilot
Dickinson propane P9000 space heater
Hot water tank. This is 110VAC, but engine heat will heat water for the tank
2 fuel tanks, 50 gallons each
2 plastic water tanks, total 90 gallons
Plastic holding tank 30 gallons

Other boat equipment:
8' inflatable tender
MinnKota electric motor 5 speed, #30 thrust
Swim ladder
CQR #25 primary anchor with 60' 3/8” BBB galvanized chain and 200' of 5/8”
Simpson-Lawrence 555 SeaTiger anchor windlass works perfectly
